Lashings of Ginger Beer Time

Sorry to be off-radar, chaps; I've basically spent the last week working every spare second on the Lashings of Ginger Beer website. That's our Radical Feminist Burlesque Collective, for those of you who've been out of the loop. It's still far from finished, but it is at least online. Check it out! Much respect to frank_snow for the design and shimgray for the photography, and to all the other Lashers for their help & support.

I suppose this means it is time to announce that, between 12 and 15 May (Wednesday-Saturday 3rd week), we have our first run of professional gigs! Check out the posters at the Lashings of Ginger Beer website. And would it really be astroturfing if I said "please, for the love of all that is queer and/or feminist, tell everyone you know"?

If all goes well, these gigs will be fundraisers for a super-duper-special project which I won't disclose until things are a little more formalised. So a signal-boost would be really appreciated on this one.

Pirate Party of the UK! Are they are branch of the Swedish party?

PPUK is affiliated with PPI (Pirate Party International), an umbrella organisation of which the Swedish party is also a member... I think PPI was an offshoot of the Swedish organisation though.
