Ahh, a break. Long-overdue, and to be followed by an awfully large amount of work, but quite lovely for the few days it can last. The last 50 hours have included:

- Having liminereid appear as if by magic to provide exactly the direction annalytica and I needed to make "Lashings of Ginger Beer" quite fantastic.

- Handing in Yuletide!

- foreverdirt being in the country, and being lovely.

- Carol-singing in a particularly affluent part of London and raising an awful lot of money for Maternity Worldwide in not-very-much time.

- Goth-dancing (oh, countess_rezia, you left two songs before the Bowie!) replete with pretty curly-haired welsh men (no, seriously, what? How many of you fuckers are there?! There must be a conspiracy).

- Actors who later become famous playing multiple bit-parts in old episodes of Poirot. Poirot blowing off dates with stunning actresses to have dinner with Hastings, and all that good stuff.

A break, yes. A rest? Not so much.
