One question: how did I miss this?!

Edinburgh continues lovely - house full of musical theatre geeks, beautiful inside & out. Many a wonderful evening has been spent learning Sondheim harmonies just for the hell of it, playing on tire-swings and zip-wires in surprisingly well equipped playparks, walking aimlessly in the vague direction of the sea, seeing free play after free play with my magnificent C-venues pass...

However wonderful it is here, I'm still going to be missing my Pridehouse & its people.

But I feel that this month is what I've needed, to start washing away the damamge done by my degree. When I return home, to Oxford, I may be almost human again.

I don't know - but, after my initial argh no! ness, I heard an interview with Stephen Sondheim on the radio the other night, and he's apparently all excited about it, so I'm now looking forward :-D

If you get time/have enough money, try to catch Gecko's "The Arab And The Jew". It's on at the Courtyard. I helped them develop it at Bristol. It's not their best work but it's interesting and nice to look at.

I booked waaay in advance so saw it on Tuesday last. Monkey loved it and stayed up all night by the window to watch the stars come out. Which one in Xenu were you?
