You know, I'm quite glad that I'm a morning person.

So why have I spent all morning sitting here? Why did it seem to take half my day's spoons just to potter to sainsbury's and back? Why can't I find the right caffeine-and-sugar balance that takes me above lethargic and headachey, but not all the way to hyper and panicky? Why am I about to go and try to have a mid-afternoon nap, in the hope of waking up able to face a library?

All of mine are morning sessions as well- wish I were a morning person! Am going into some serious waking up for breakfast/caffeination type training during the first few weeks of term.

On the caffeine front, I've found alternating between tea and coffee helps cause if I just drink coffee all day it makes me quite jittery. Not that I need help at this point.

Hope things are going all right with you, and take care of yourself.
