so my parents say "let's go to Bletchley Park". I'm all "yay! codebreakers! Turing! espionage! intrigue!".

and what are some of the things the place offers?

the American Garden Trail celebrates the links between the UK and the USA which started at Bletchley Park during the war and still continues today.

I mean, yes. It is full of amazing old computers and machines and historically recreated things, but..

but "America's great! Churchill's great!", without, as far as I can see, any "oops, sorry we convicted you for "gross indecency", sentenced you to oestrogen injections, and made you kill yourself, mister Turing..."

I will try not to spend the whole day snarking at my parents... (oh, and osymandias, they're bringing your mask, hope it's not too late)

one cannot very well trust these people where a matter of judgment in cryptography is concerned. I think we can make quite a lot of use of their machinery.
