I probably shouldn't have watched the Madame de Pompadour episode of Doctor Who the day after getting a hormone jab. That's what I'm going to attribute this sudden crushing misery to. Or possibly hunger. I do get very funny, sometimes, when I'm hungry. I think I might go and drink the expensive cider that my mum bought me. That will either make me feel better, or make me fall asleep, or both.

You can't possibly be miserable when you're coming back to OXFORD and staying with MEEEEE! Well, OK, you can, but it will require serious dedication and cause me to sing songs about yoghurt in a misguided attempt to cheer you up.

ah, the dejected mood was very strongly a momentary and passing thing; a moment's wibble, some food, and some nice cider, has put me back on an even keel again. besides, as you may remember from my contact-lens insertions, you are someone i find it impossible to be in a bad mood around. *grins* i am coming to stay with you! even though i'll be working fulltime, it still feels like a holiday!

You might want to bring a sleeping bag and some mugs (there is only one at the moment, and taking it will constitute an act of Getting Between Me And The Coffee, which is not something you ever, ever want to do). Other than that, bring it, Gytha!

already have sleeping bag / pillow / floor mat combo from edinburgh; will duly locate a mug from my kitchen-box and pack that, as well. shall i bring stir-fry stuff for making on sunday evening, or do you have plans? (and if i do that, is there soy sauce in the cupboard?)

Sunday sounds great! I will be here all day reading slash and shopping for goth kit on the internet working very hard indeed on all things Doctorish and Philosophical.

That is a sad episode, even if they emphasise the 'The Doctor will leave you. He leaves everyone eventually. Deal with it.' message a little too much.
