i believe it is traditional in such situations as this to make girlie TMI-posts.

as it is, i'd rather just crawl back into bed and curse creation a little. unfortunately, that would interfere with my revision schedule; so i shall be sitting in libraries cursing creation under my breath. which isn't really as satisfying.

(ok, the requisite girlie TMI: 20-day cycle, WTF?! I am not planning to reproduce any time soon, and do not need to be hyperfertile, Thank You Very Much.)

you could always go for that injection that fucks up your hormones and stops your periods for 2 years. i am quite quite tempted. do not want periods during finals.

The worst side effect being if it's in your system for two years, if you react badly to it you are stuck with it...

i didn't know about it, but nat had it (finished a while ago though). its contraceptive (with the side effect of stopping periods). basically you get 2 years worth of PMT in about 2 weeks (best plan is to not see anyone who you would like to remain friends with during that time), but then its fine (at least from what i have gathered from nat - she'd be the one to ask about it).

or you buy boxes and boxes of tampax and squeeze them into your suitcase and then your period just decides it won't bother. of course, if i hadn't, it would have started on the first day there. GRRRRR.
