Nov. 15th, 2006 10:17 amThanks so much to everyone who posted on my previous post. People who've offered things, I'll comment back to you in just a moment; but you are all, each individual one of you, truly lovely.
Since then, things have calmed down a lot - Ashley makes everything better. I forget, that just because we're both a bit broken doesn't mean we can't hold each other together.
A slightly more rational post?
- My laptop is still under warranty (3 year warranties are suddenly my One True Love). Admittedly, the warranty does not cover "breakable parts", but I'm hoping that the worst case scenario is that they'll charge me; suddenly I'm really optimistic that it can be fixed by the manufacturuer.
- Ashley and I played pool at half past midnight. I still suck. But I am able to deal with the world, again. I'm not going to deny that last night, I couldn't; but now I can.
