when a girl is tired of lj, she's tired of life.

well, i'm not tired of lj. but i'm sure as hell tired of life.

everything i do is just spiralling around in smaller and smaller circles, and what is in the middle? i don't know any more.

it's university, isn't it? where i can break out of this coccoon?

it's funny how well the butterfly metpahor seems to fit.

i've drummed my little heart out these last couple of days, i've marked a teacher's work, i've finally gotten my singing voice back after weeks of illness... everything should be dandy. so why does it still feel like it's going nowhere?

mrs goodman's Silver Jubilee Rampage knows no bounds - now even the house poetry competition is to have the theme' celebration'. it's ridiculous - it's never had a theme before!

so - you know i just can't help myself - i decided to take the piss.
