they had me read cecily (wtf? i'm 18, yes, but in clothes size as well as age - not a cecily. then they had me read Miss Prism again. obviously they see me as weak and stupid and silly, not imperious and huge and powerful.
if I do get a part (which i'm doubting, the audition really didn't feel right) i have a feeling it's not going to be Lady B.
Much, much luck for getting a decent part *sprinkles luck powder*
Let's face it, it's their loss if they turn you down...you and your big hair. You shouldn't have a problem making them want you - try sitting on the floor of Borders with them and playing HP Happy Families, I hear that tends to work
My hair is a BEAST. I always contain it with a hair band, it won't stand for anything less. Or more. It's hopeless.
Oh, and Oscar. I love him, he's my muse. I even named my horse after him. I was so delighted when I stumbled across your livejournal. I'll be mourning his passing tomorrow, the 30th, as I'd grieve for my sickly grandfather.
Your writing style is very smart, I enjoyed your Holmes story a lot. I don't have a Livejournal (of course not, because that would be practical), but I have a Mindsay account. The URL is wildearrows.mindsay.com, I'd love to hear from you sometime!
