today i wore my new boots. they are like purple DMs with spiderwebs on them. if i can get a hold of a digital cam, i might even go picspam with them. i love them that much.

i walked back from having my blood test (my mum is still convinced that i need iron pumped into me with a big pumpy thing) in big dykey DMs, jeans, and a black vest top, with a bit of cotton wool taped to the inside of my right elbow. i love how much i looked like a druggie.

i finished re-reading HP2 today. the number of times Justin Finch-Fletchley is mentioned is ludicrous. but then, we repeatedly hear about how he is a muggle-born. is that a red herring (hahaha, how we love agatha christie terminology)? or is the Eton thing the red herring? maybe he isn't the half-blood prince after all.

he does just appear randomly for no reason... hmmmmmm rich boy too.... could be related to royalty in some way? all inbred anyway... hmmmm

oh, he does seem v. royal, esp with the gratuitous 'i was down for eton' stuff. but why would JKR emphasise that he's muggle-born, if he's the half-blood prince?

i don't know. half my friends think it's viktor krum, but what does he have to do with book 2?!

V true... but does it actually mention the word Muggle born?i can't remember and don't have book two to hand. i would of loved it to of been Seamus with the I'm half n half... but didnt she say it wasn't him?

what if it is someone random. like dumbledor or...... the missing cousin of the weasleys?

definitely, i'm afraid. he says himself that he has 'muggle parents' and he is referred to as 'muggle-born'. could, at a stretch of the imagination, mean that one parent is a muggle-born witch/wizard, and so his parents are both 'muggles'... or maybe a parent lied (didn't want to reveal magic-ness to a member of the muggle royal family?)

it could be anyone. except harry or voldemort.

it could be firenze or hagrid or flitwick. an entirely new character. there's no real way of knowing unless she gives us more clues.
