today, after i got home from work, i lay out in the sun and read anne rice for 3 solid hours. i felt decadent. afterwards, i couldn't look at the visible blood vessels of those around me in quite the same way.

then i listened to k d lang and read diva magazine. i love that they stock diva magazine in a budgens in my middle-class dystopia. i love that i bought it and carried it home under my arm and read it listening to k d lang.
