well, it's on kazaa miscredited as being by tenacious d, hence people downloading it - someone told me who it was by once, but i forgot. so it might well be them!

actually, i just did a quick search, and it's attributed by various people to weird al, tenacious D, and wyclef jean. to be honest, now i have no idea who this song actually originates with.
