ok, so I won't get to see it 'til tomorrow. and that's assuming that VLC media player continues to work with Kubuntu.. there's been a few tempremental clashes. but. nevertheless.

In other news, we're somewhat twiddling our thumbs here at the library; but I'm trying to appreciate the boredom while it lasts. The students start coming back next week, and then the carnage will begin...
Then again, a guy I recognised from Edinburgh came up to the issue desk yesterday.. and all I could think was "ahahaha, you still have to do a degree! sucks to be you!" which is not the most charitable of attitudes, especially given my resolution to be as kind as possible to finalists because I know what they've been through. Still, I seem to recall he was a bit of a thespy tit, so I suppose it's OK.
