Am I dreaming? Did a trashy American TV drama repeated on British terrestrial daytime TV just present two well-rounded characters-who-happened-to-be-trans? Did it portray all transphobia as unacceptable, never "understandable in the circumstances"? Did it end with Stephanie's ex-wife letting her back into their children's lives, even hints of re-kindled love?

I have a lot of renewed faith, this morning.

Ah the 6th form half-term day time teevee round. Laugh at the end of This Morning before Doctors came on, Quincy/Airwolf then double ER until a late lunch and then CITV or CBBC, Neighbours, switch over to Simpsons and then whatever happens to be on between 9 and 12. Oh happy days!
