i'd just like to apologise in advance for myself, today. if i fail to fulfil promises, obligations, commitments, etc. i'm liable to be screaming "go away and leave me alone!" very loudly in my head. i've even been doing it to myself. funnily enough i've not been listening.

i am going to the shops to buy picnic food. then i am going to have lunch with katy, whom i have not seen in far too long.

this afternoon/evening i want to:

have coffee with sian
learn some folk songs
go to the union
see helen & joff, if i can kick the ashley into gear

but i cannot guarantee i will be capable of any of these things.
