Dec. 6th, 2005 07:05 pmLJ year in review: first lines of first posts from each month.
January In the year 2005 I resolve to: Become one with my inner sociopath.
February i've only been out drinking twice so far this term. i've handed in every bit of work on time and attended every lecture.
March oh, friends list, why did i not ask you earlier? you are full of wonderfully educated people!
April general election hilarity: south park meets westminster
May i had a fabulous, fabulous wadstock [in-college music festival].
June ok. so i was vaguely aware that, one day, there was going to be a film version of the musical RENT.
July War of the Worlds: just say no, kids.
August two weeks, and counting, of my six weeks working withsatan's minions children.
September here's the deal, folks. i lent my corset, my beautiful, treasured first corset, to a drag queen all summer.
October The Glitterati last night were quite sensationally excellent.
November "Praise makes me humble, but when I am abused I know I have touched the stars."
December It seems obligatory that I write some kind of summing-up, as an end-of-term post. But I am not going home; I stay in Oxford.
