why am i up at 4.47am when I know I have to be in a theatre at 10am sharp tomorrow?

is it because I had to write an essay tonight, because of being in aforementioned theatre .all day. tomorrow? or is it because i was out in magdalen until 1 anyway?

undoubtedly a combination of the two. i wonder, what will it feel like to work on three hours' sleep? especially given that I am not at all tired in this instant. oh dear.

you're awake because it's 8th week, and no-one has a sane sleep pattern in 8th week. for just the same reason i'm currently doing work, and expecting to stop when the sun rises and go to lectures.

yes! because after this essay i don't have any more work to do, and it doesn't matter, i can just sleep when there is time.

lucky you :P i still have two weeks worth of practicals to write up, spectroscopy data handling and an essay i've not yet been set to do.

it's still miles better than i've managed in the last few terms, so i'm happy.

Cup of coffee, ciggie (if you smoke, which you shouldn't of course as it's very bad for you) and flagellate a minion. Then you're good to go.
