sebastiennemmm, oules. people are so skivy about rehearsals that we have to give up and retreat to laurie's room for DVDs. but! i won a flosscar!
the flosscars are the oules oscars - awards for the plays we've done over the last year. and i won 'best villain' for chauvelin in the scarlet pimpernell. i find this bemusing, because all i did was wear a frilly shirt and flounce about being french. but still, now i have a toy car with dental floss tied around it. i feel special.
i spent most of this weekend in a field, from what i remember of it... at least, that which i didn't spend on a rail replacement bus. it was a very nice field, somewhere in oxfordshire, with a massive tent and a bonfire and lots of teenagers with backpacks. and vegan chilli. so very bohemian & fabulous.
