i realised tonight, walking back along broad street at half eleven, even walking past the hideous christmas trees and the tacky lights, even sitting in my room listening to raucous adolescent screams from the bop in the JCR (this bop was never going to work for me... there's just something missing...), even though eloquent only from sleep deprivation - I. Love. Oxford.

i don't know - was i surprised to realise this? almost so, because i did think that i was ecstatic about going home. but actually, i think i could quite like to stay here.
